Almost immediately after publishing Assment 2.0 I came across this article:

For me, this is real synchronicity. This article says what I considered saying, but without scientific support, did not. Now, here immediately is that scientific support.

I certainly do not imply that all people who pray are fundamentalists. This is one difference between “Religion” and Spirituality. It is scientifically demonstrated by the Institute of Noetic Sciences that prayer can carry power.

This is about religious fundamentalism, but since that is a large piece of the pseudo-con base, it is obvious that this same medical diagnosis applies to the vast majority of pseudo-cons, those who continue to call themselves “conservatives”, but are not.
