Correct on all points,Jim. I’ve been a licensed attorney for 59 years. I must think this is such a “legal” absurdity that not even the current SCOTUS could look at it. Would they be foolish enough to recognize Scientology as an authentic “religion”? Do they think it is Christian by any stretch? If so, they are more insane than I have imagined.
