FRIENDS

We need never meet to be friends.

Buzzards and bees, Stormbirds and bats, dolphin — all are my friends. We are aware of each others presence, and accept it. We observe and let be, not interfering with one another. We enjoy our friendship, communicating, and I learn from it. They learn I am their friend.

This is true communion. At peace with the Cosmos. One with it.

No obligations other than those I place on myself. Responsibilities? Do I have the ability to respond? If so, is response needed? If so, do so. If not, no duty.

You are my friend, know it or not. Thank you.
