GRASPING OUR REALITY

NOT EASY

There is so much we need to grasp about our lives. So much we must learn, understand, accept, and work with.

I’ve written before about the dramatic and rapid changes occurring with all of us now. I see things I think to be true that I accept intellectually, but cannot say I fully grasp as a way of life on a moment by moment basis.

For instance, the concept of “Oneness” that is rapidly expanding in our consciousness. This joins you and me and all of us into common experience. It extends us to union with the Entirety, this and all universes, to the Great Mind.

Looking at what I just wrote, I am torn between a feeling of deep truth and “New Age Bullshit”. That nicely demonstrates my cognitive dissonance. The immature scientist in me wars against full acceptance of the massive truth of all that cannot be captured by our current level of scientific understanding, but it is there that our greatest learning awaits. We must engage it.

There are facts, truths that I intellectually accept, but have yet to fully accept in moment to moment reality, such as the absolute reality of our ESP talents, psychic phenomena of all sorts, presence all around and in me of energies and mysteries, sentient, nonhuman entities unknown to the five senses, yet continually present offering information of the most profound sort that speaks directly to our eternal spiritual nature.
