I am pleased to find and follow you. I have not experienced the Kundalini, but have read a good bit about it. The unexpected arising is typically followed by fear and denial. You seem to have handled it well.
You and I are at the opposite ends of the age spectrum. At a very active 84 year old having enjoyed on an off, in and out meditation for many years, I now am more consistent in my practice and appreciate you experience.
