I must comment on the most disturbing topic I can address - politics. DeSantis is a clone of Trump, but for the fact he is smarter and therefore even more dangerous. The former “Republican Party, GOP”, now the cult of destruction, is mindlessly driving toward the destruction of our Democracy, our freedoms, our nation. It seems a virus of insanity has stricken almost half of our citizens. This wound existed before Trump, but he tore it open and poured in toxicity, and continues to do so. None of this is by accident. We are being brought to the precipice for crisis, required to chose the direction we will follow. These are dangerous, monumental, historic times that affect the entire world. Will the home of democracy be turned into the dictatorship so many think they favor?
