I still haven’t finished even my first read of this fine essay, but I will, more than once. I interrupt my reading to say I deeply appreciate your knowledgeable and enlightening take on this complex subject. It is of fundamental importance. As a physicist (speciality geophysics) I have difficulty escaping the scientific use of “dimensions”, and find the metaphysical application of the term quite fuzzy. Hopefully your through presentation will focus some of my fuzziness.
