I’m very pleased these thoughts are helpful. I am finding increasing evidence of the Shift being difficult, especially emotionally. Thinking about it, this is no surprise. Great change always brings its challenges as we adjust. This will pass. Our consciousness is being expanded for us, difficult as it can be.
