WHO IS TO KNOW?

The person who suffers insanity is, due to their disabled cognitive condition, the last one to know.

Who’s word do we take in assessment of our cognitive competence?

It seems to me our society is dumbing down, devolving back to an intellect with which I am not familiar in the history of human development. How else could a man of degenerate intellect and no morality become our President come dictator?

I know, this sounds judgmental, even arrogant, and perhaps it is, but I am also honest.

What are you and I to do? I have no political power. I never sought it. We are political animals, and I despise it. Best I just accept that truth. But, I feel powerless to correct any foolishness I witness. Surely this is for the best, for who am I to play savior? We already have one, if we would just pay attention.

No, I am not an “institutionalized Christian”, and neither is the one to whom I belong — Jeshua, who lived on earth 2000 years ago. He and I are absolute best friends, and he leads the way. It is the way for me, but not the only way to Truth.

Enough preaching. Sometimes I preach rather than pray. Better I just pray “thank you”, and really mean it, and then shut up.

Am I seeing the world through negative lenses, or accurately? Better that I be wrong, but of course I don’t think so.
