In the Hindu traditions, this life we think of as "real" is called "Maya", meaning "dream". And, like a dream it is, with it's on level of reality, not what it seems to be. But. it is "real", in a relative manner. All dreams have a level of reality and a value, including this one. You are coming to know the greater reality. I encourage you to be kinder toward the "dream reality" you are given for good reason. Dream though this life may be, it serves a necessary purpose. It takes courage to follow the path you are called to pursue. Carry on.
