INCARNATE LIFE IS ROUGH

Every living thing on this earth experiences difficult times, sometimes so difficult that we may occasionally think, “Fuck it. I want out of here”. Only cowards chose to run away from difficulty.

We are here for good reasons, and that is to LEARN, to enhance our consciousness. That ain’t easy. It takes great perseverance to hang in and fight the good fight. Often times, if not most all of the time, we discover we are at war with ourselves. Ah, yes, that is where real learning comes in.

It is not the enemy without that causes our difficulty. It is the enemy within. This is good. Once we overcome the destroyer within each of us, we come closer to graduation from incarnation. We cannot rush our graduation to just escape the fight. That is the way of the coward. Cowards never win.

The destroyer is a gift. Through his challenges of guilt, self disrespect, temptations to run, physical and emotional pain, appearance of overwhelming sense of inability to do anything right, he tests us while the Creator teaches us. What we see as the archetype of Satan was/is created by God for the purposes he presents. The devil is a servant of the Creator, and he does his job exceptionally well. I suggest we reread Job.

Our job? (Interesting Job and job). Is to whip his butt. For this, we must seek and receive aid from the Creator itself. When we seek aid from the Creator, we receive it, sometimes in surprise packages when least expected, in ways least expected. But for that aid, we can’t do what we must do.
