Interesting when you give you receive. Following your inclinations, you gave great psychic benefit to a life, and that spontaneous gift set lose your inner psychic nature. Many of us suppress our psychic tendencies only to suffocate them.
Why do we do so? Self doubt and deprivation that is not only uncalled for but is damaging to self and those who would benefit from our unleashed, but doubted, talents. This unfortunate “suffocation” can arise from many contributing factors; fear of pride, inappropriate appreciation for our possible talents, obedience to parents or others who perhaps unintentionally planted seeds of doubt in us regarding any possibility of unusual talents. Whatever the cause, the self doubt must be overcome. That occasionally occurs as in your case when empathy for another demands the release of our latent gifts. Then, it is necessary to cause ourselves to recognize what has happened and continue to fully set free our now revealed talent. Often, it seems to me, that talent is of a psychic nature. I find I am teaching myself here. I suspicion, as a benefit of your story, that I may be suffocating a psychic talent that has managed on rare occasion to break through.
I conclude this by promising myself to continue to ponder this possibility, and take appropriate action.
Once again, you have given a meaningful gift, whether intended or not. THANK YOU.
