It seems probable, Isaih, that you may not see what I write. Perhaps I am once more talking to myself. I respect your good thinking, and you knowledge of your subject. You understand the difficulties of terraforming Mars to be as escape hatch for Homo sapiens sapiens.

Not to take issue, but to present some counter thoughts, I have a couple of ideas.

First, the Universe need not be infinite in order to present ample room for the development of other intelligent life forms. The Universe is BIG, really BIG.

Cosmologist tell us, as they debate between themselves, of the trillions and trillions of galaxies, each with trillions of planetary systems. It is a large playing field for development of life forms.

Also, we do not know how unique our solar system is and our earth which, according to some, presents such a perfect combination of circumstance that make life inevitable, against all random odds. It is plausible that in the vast area available to work with, these same perfect circumstances are widespread, offering unnumbered opportunities for the development of sentient life forms, perhaps billions of years older than our primitive forms.

Again, not to argue, but it seems that chances for life to develop, intelligent life to develop on the planet presents not a unique long shot but more of a certainty of intelligent life developing on this planet, which with the quadrillions of other potential locals for such a dramatic event, convinces some of our most studied and qualified cosmologists that probabilities of the development of sentient life elsewhere are near to certain.

Then the big question. How many, if any, of these sentient creatures have managed to survive themselves. We humans remain in uncertainty regarding the possibilities of self destruction.

I need not dance. I state head on that the best science concludes that the chances for life on this planet are the opposite of "slim to none". Life and sentient life on earth has been and is a great probability, near to certainty.

To conclude "aliens don't exist" is below your intellectual level. Neither you nor I have irrefutable evidence to conclude one way or the other. But, the evidence for the existence of aliens is very great. The UFO/UAP Phenomenon presents an undeniable fact that we have in our environment clear evidence of the presence of minds intellectually far superior to our own. There is no question of their presence. The first question is, from where do they come? Then, why are they here?

Possibilities of the source being other planets can not be ruled out. Then there are difficult to grasp possibilities of the source being "extradementional", other universes, and on and on we can speculate. What we need no longer speculate about is the certainty of their presence, whatever their unknown source.

The superior intelligence behind the UFO/UAP Phenomenon is as undeniable as their presence.

Our questions, without conclusions, are set before us.

We know that the possibilities of an astroid wipe out can't be denied. Plans must be made to prepare to deal with that unfortunate circumstance are creeping along at an unacceptable rate.

When neighbors, communities, and a nation is at serious odds, as is now the case, there seems little likelihood that a planetary consensus is anywhere in sight. As is obvious, we are still a very primitive species primed for self destruction without aid of an astroid.
