Jack, as much as I respect your intelligent insight, I respectfully suggest that together with your well formed insights, and certainly not in place of them, there is room and demand for the application of symbolic interpretation.
Both approaches are required in order to gain what you and we all seek, ie a more complete understanding of The Phenomenon.
Thank you for politely reminding us of the fruits of your outstanding work, but with great respect I suggest you consider stretching your fine mind just a little wider to think on the possible value that might be found in applying symbolic interpretation of The Phenomenon together with your physical and more materialistic and also valuable understanding.
