Jeremy, you are a smart man. You have a good mind. You know you have an emotional illness. You know, but may have difficulty recognizing, that you have no more reason for shame than a diabetic. Your depression is aggravated by spells of near mania. No surprise, no guilt. You are smart enough to know you need medical help to escape this hell you are living. Complaining about perceived mis treatment only aggravates your condition.
You have much to offer. You must overcome the heavy burden of your illness to live the productive and pleasant life that awaits you.
Please, my friend, get treatment for your illness, do not allow attacks of shame or guilt. You can, you MUST rise above this difficult challenge. You have a good. Life waiting on you, but you must humbly accept help so you can live Jeremy’s life and stop the imagoes of others from controlling you.
