How do I let go?

What exactly do you want to “let go”? Why? No progress to be made until these questions are well answered.

Generally, we want to get rid of, to “let go” of a subject, an issue that haunts our minds. Perhaps it causes energy draining cognitive dissonance.

Don’t push. Don’t work at it.

Be easy on yourself.

Follow your path, no one else's.

A “path” to “letting it go”?

Yes. It is step by step. Sometimes the same step over, and over, and over….

What does walking have to do with letting go?

You find out only by walking.

So, walking is a metaphor for thinking, studying, searching.

Yes. But you must remember feeling. This is why you are here.

Attaining a goal through effort has meaning.

No effort, no meaning.

Do we all feel somehow deficient?

Do we all have difficulty admitting it?
