Moods and thoughts for us all. Thank you. I suggest qigong. No effort beyond feeling. Start with feeling one hand. Move it slowly, as if in water. Feel it. Then both hands. Swim easily, relaxed. Sit or stand. Follow the flow.
Notice the feeling of qi everywhere on your body. Breathe deeply. Relax. Enjoy.
