OBSERVING AND LEARNING FROM STRESS
It seems that a principal purpose of life is to learn about ourselves. Who are we? A book title of sixty years ago read, “Is Man Incomprehensible to Man?” That remains a good question for me.
Increasingly it seems that this is a good time to be alive on this planet, in this cocoon of a body. It now strikes me, if we are objectively aware, all times are good times to be alive and observant, because there is always stress to be felt and observed, from which we can learn.
