Regarding the hearing - little to do about even less. Kirkpatrick has demonstrated that, for whatever reason, he continues in the succession of the Pentagon stonewalling we have suffered through for about 80 or more years. His denial of anomalous events is disgraceful. To be blunt, he continues the Pentagon program of lying to their employers - namely US, you and me.
Equally disappointing was the enablement by congress to allow this non-presentation without challenge. This is going nowhere but down. They jointly have shovels out, digging a grave into which to drop UFO/UAP inquiry. Disgraceful, and dangerous.
