Renound journalistic researcher, Ross Coulthart, admirably does his best to keep an open mind, especially obvious in his willingness to keep open the possibility that the tic tac technology might possibly belong to the USA. It is understandable that the military policy of the USA is never to use our technology against, or in proximate relationship with, our own military. The tic tacs were clearly employed without warning "against" our Navy. They are NOT our technology, and we all know within all good reason, they represent alien tech of some sort.
