Dictionary definitions:

Sanity: The ability to think and behave in a normal, rational manner; sound mental condition.

Insanity: the opposite.

(Who determines what is “normal” and “sound”? “They”, the crowd of self proclaimed “experts”.)

Rational: Ability to think reasonably and logically; sensibly.

Reason: Application of logic.

Logic: Thinking in accordance with validity.
