SEEKING 2.0

In my writings on this site, I have in some cases bared my soul. I have spoken my mind, such as it is. I have spoken of things very personal and important to me. Yet, something very important is missing, and it is not your response to my writing I miss.

You are missing.

Some of you find the courage to expose who you are, as far as you know. This is deeply appreciated. I think it a duty we owe to each of our fellow travelers, as well as to ourselves, that we all do so. Not easy.

This exercise of inward exploration is for mutual benefit. The explorer benefits as well as those who allowed to share in that exploration.

This is a beauty of this site. Although dialogue is not available, the opportunity for each of us to explore our own minds is offered. The process of writing is very important in our coming to know ourselves, as well as each other. Writing encourages thought. This site invites us to write, and to share that writing publicly ,when otherwise we might only write to ourselves.

Writing for others to read tends to carry us more deeply into thinking and discovering.

I trust each of you will take advantage of this opportunity. Some of us write not for money, but for the far more important goals of self discovery, and a sense of community.
