Having the mind of a mediator, it has always been my nature to consider and then avoid the extremes and search for the common ground somewhere between the extremes. Rarely if ever is there one extreme that is all right with an opposite which is all wrong. Conflict arises out of mutual failure to see or search for that common ground which is always present. Some are so ignorant and proud they do not want to find common ground. Their prideful positions require a fight to the death leaving the man of reason no choice, as Arjuna did under Krishna’s guidance , but to fulfill his duty, fight to his best, trusting the higher power, willing to live or die with gratitude. Reasonable men on both sides find peace.
