At a lecture on vortexes I was struck by the realization that we can access our own internal vortex which enhances the effect of external vortexes. Also, depending on your need, looking “down” on the spiral of vortex energy for me produces a counterclockwise flow into Gaia, while focusing upward produces, without alteration of the direction of the spiral, the clockwise spiral of an epicenter of rising energy.
We sense our need from our internal spiral of energy, vortex or epicenter.
