THIS IS ALL I KNOW

WHAT IS? THIS IS

I have often asked, “Lord of All, what do you want of me?” the answer is always the same — “This”.

What?

“‘This’ moment is exactly what it needs to be. Make of it what you will”.

But, I don’t like this moment.

“Then change it.”

Easy for You to say.

“Easy to do, if you know what you prefer”.

But, what I prefer — what DO I prefer?

“That is the purpose of ‘This’ moment. Decide”.

But, I can’t accomplish what I REALLY prefer.

“Are you certain? Have you really tried? If so, change your preference.”

This is tough.

“No one said it would be easy. ‘This’ is your job, not mine.”

A lot of help You are.

“Yes. I am a lot of help. I gave you life, abilities, and free will to use those abilities. That is enough for now. Do it.”

I’ll have to think about this.

“It’s about time — but no rush. Timing is up to you. ‘This’ is what ‘This’ is all about. Get it? Yes, I can seem tough, I can be tough, but, it is tough love. We are, after all, partners in this endeavor, and as partners we each play our role. You have your job. Do it. First job — think about it. What do you really want, right now?”
