RAIN IN HELL
Thunder is God’s music.
Today is another bright, sunny, near cloudless day on Aransas Bay. I am playing the music of rain and thunder on my speakers, with cap pulled low blocking out the brightness. The sound is cooling and comforting. I’ve missed it, in this long dry season.

Is there a place we can imagine where God is not? The All, the Source created all that is out of themselves. No other raw material was available. (“Themselves”: one “Being”, who is not a being, playing many roles.) If there is a hell, it was created out of the essence of the Source, as was everything else. Therefore, the Source is there, with grace available to all, revealed following lessons learned.
If there is a hell, the lessons are as difficult as we can bear. It is necessarily so. If there is a hell, it is not eternal. It is a classroom from which we are to graduate.
If there is a hell, it is not a place of punishment. The Almighty does not punish. It teaches. Sometimes hard times are required to get the lessons across. When the heat becomes punishing, the rain falls.
We don’t have to be in a hell in order to experience hard times. REALLY hard times that seem like hell exist on this earth. That may be the only hell there is, but NDE reports occasional temporary visits to “hell”. I don’t know, and don’t need to know.
