TODAY WE GIVE THANKS

(I TYPE THIS AT 2:23 AM)

The family will gather around the table topped with abundant good food sufficient to make us sleepy as the game plays on. I will listen attentively and enjoy the conversation. We all know politics is off the agenda. We don’t want a food fight. This time I will not play the family fool with meaningless and embarrassing talk about esoteric mystery.

We will have more focus on all for which we truly are thankful, but I will not attempt to lead it. I will nod and agree, without effort.

This writing is in preparation for this great scene in our play. It will be enjoyable.

I wish the same for you. Let it be. The Master awaits our attention.
