WHAT KIND OF “ACTION”?

You see as well as I. You and I are not designed to be passive robots. It is now time for each of us to search our depths, and accept what we find. The surprising talents we cary are not by accident, but they must be put to use.

The longer we go without accepting and acting upon our gifts, the more we fail to meet the reason we are here. There is no room for pride. I speak of GIFTS, not something earned.

Usually the first reaction to the challenge just presented is denial. “Stop it! I am nothing special, certainly not gifted”. Sometimes this is a humble dismissal. Other times it is an avoidance of responsibility. Both reactions are understandable, neither is acceptable. We are here for important reasons which we are made capable of meeting.

It is for us to accept and do. It will not be done for us, but upon request we will be given all necessary help to do that which we have been given to do, and do it well.

These words may sound hollow, seeing we cannot imagine having special gifts. “What kind? Why have I not known this before? Where do I start?”.

After you start, all questions will be eventually answered.

“How do I start”. It may be different for each of us. I suggest you begin by writing to yourself, beginning with your question. Then patiently write what comes to mind, all of it. Do not edit as you write, but only carefully upon completion. Be open for surprises.
